Location is superb. Check in was a breeze. Elevator operation only with card key ensures security. Room is reasonably sized by Japanese standards. Location is a block away from Dotonbori. If you can follow directions, hotel is easy to find and a short walk from Namba-Nankai station where you get off from Kansai on the Rapi:t. Room-wise, bath and toilet are in separate compartments, sink is outside both compartments. Makes it easy not to wait for each other when you have companions in the room. Overall, hotel theme is hip, modern. Other reviews say it's dark, but that's the vibe of the hotel. It will appeal to a younger demographic. But I'm 66 and love it. Will be my go-to hotel in Osaka considering price and location. Of course the Swissotel at the Namba station is hard to beat in terms of location but expensive these days.

This hotel was visually stunning! I loved the darker aesthetic and the artwork which created a very unique atmosphere in the hotel but I did not love the practical aspects of it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and no matter what we asked of them, someone was always willing to assist us, even when we had a few unpredictable issues arise. I was very happy with the size of our bedroom and the facilities provided were clean and of great quality. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk a few blocks to the train station or Dotonbori, making this a perfect spot. We also loved the variety and quality of our breakfast each morning as well.

Absolutely couldn’t rave more about this place. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to after a very extensive list of holidays. Building is very new and very much love the architecture and design. The mood lighting everywhere and dimmed corridors make it feel very luxurious and worth more than we payed that’s for sure! Amazing facilities and the best living area for guests with a very lively atmosphere. Staff were extremely helpful and location was bang on. Couldn’t be closer to Dotonbori if you tried with this level of cleanliness and quality. Plus two amazing train stations nearby making day trips to out lying areas a breeze.

My favourite hotel out of 5 that we stayed at during our 2 week Japan trip. Clean, modern, spacious with a wet shower/bath room separated from the toilet. Our room had its own washing machine/dryer which was very convenient as we could run it during the day while we were out. It had a decent sized fridge/freezer, a microwave and a portable induction stove with a pot. There were hooks for hanging bags/clothes. The bed actually was a decent size. The location was really convenient and you are steps away from Dotonbori Street and river with endless shops and restaurants surrounding you. Staff were friendly.

Loved the interior of the place and room was very spacious. The whole vibe of the hotel (especially hallways) are very dark (dim lighting), which could give off a modern vibe, but not sure elderly or individuals with poor eye sights would appreciate this. If you walk the hallway at night (alone), it can be a little creepy. Loved the location A+++. They were out of double/ queen bed rooms so we requested for the single beds to be pushed together and they happily did so.
